Although the main series is over, a spin-off story will be released on November 1, 2022, in the December issue of Be Love.

Created by Yuki Suetsugu, Chihayafuru was serialized in Be Love since 2007. The story follows high school student Chihaya Ayase as she strives to become the world’s best karuta player. It was adapted into a 74-episode TV anime series, an OVA, and three live action films.
